To begin customizing your diamond at Lieb Diamonds, you first select the diamond based on shapes, carats, and clarity. Once you have determined these specifications, you proceed to the next step where you select your design. You can communicate your design preferences by providing pictures or descriptions to our team.

After finalizing your design, you are required to place a deposit. Subsequently, a 3D diagram of your customized diamond will be provided to you within 96 hours for your confirmation. Upon approval of the 3D diagram, the final quotation will be given and the crafting process will commence, which typically takes 5-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Before delivery, a confirmation video showcasing the final product will be sent to you for viewing. Once you have approved the final product, your custom diamond will be delivered to you.

At Lieb Diamonds, we offer a diamond exchange service for customers who wish to change their selected diamond after placing a deposit. Please note that there are associated costs with this service, which cover administrative charges. The additional cost for a diamond exchange is determined by a fee of $50 or 2% of the diamond value (whichever amount is higher). Kindly be aware that certain diamonds may not be eligible for exchange, so it is advisable to confirm with our consultants prior to making your selection. We are committed to ensuring that your diamond selection process is both rewarding and seamless.

We accept returns for a full cash refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The customer will bear charges for return shipping and insurance fees if required for the item to be returned to our warehouse in Singapore.

Returns for Singapore and International orders must reach us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, undamaged, and in "new and unused condition," including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Lieb Diamonds will not be accepted.

If an item was delivered with a diamond report, the return must include the original laboratory grading report; otherwise, customers will bear the cost of a replacement report.

For an expedited exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed.

If you notice damaged items upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or WhatsApp us immediately at +65 90525446. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of order receipt. We are not liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Custom or special-ordered items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For items with engraving, the engraving fee will not be refunded, and a fee will be charged for engraving removal in case of return/exchange.

Administrative costs will apply to online purchase refunds.
